La Roche Posay School Activations

A nationwide roadshow designed to educate consumers on the importance of sun protection. Through interactive UV camera technology, we demonstrated how sunscreen is often incorrectly applied, creating a powerful visual learning moment, supported by product sampling to encourage correct daily use.

CeraVe Varsity Roadshow

We took skin education on tour with high-energy university activations designed to inform and entertain. A custom trailer became pop-up dermatology consult rooms, while brand-led games, TikTok dance-offs, and prize giveaways kept students engaged, learning, and lining up to take part.

Dark and Lovely Golden Scissors Hairdressing Competition

We brought hair artistry to centre stage with a national mall roadshow that transformed shopping centres into live competition arenas. The top 10 hairstylists in each region battled it out on a purpose-built set, styling two models each in front of live audiences. Regional winners advanced to the Dark & Lovely Golden Scissors Final - a show-stopping stage production and gala dinner where the country’s best competed for the ultimate national title.

From pop-up stands at outdoor events to gig rigs transformed into mobile hair salons at wholesalers, and smaller mall-based activations, Dark & Lovely brought education, energy, and fun directly to consumers. Designed to engage audiences of all ages, each touchpoint combined expert hair knowledge with vibrant brand experiences that connected with both young and old.

Frika Mall Activation

A small, cost-effective activation designed to create meaningful moments during Mother’s Day week. Shoppers engaged directly with professional hairdressers, received expert advice and stood a chance to win - turning a simple stand into a thoughtful, feel-good brand interaction.

Mens Expert Influencer Hike

An influencer experience that blended wellness, adventure, and skincare. The day began with a guided hike, bringing influencers into nature before ending with a curated brunch layered with Men Expert brand touchpoints. The result was an authentic, feel-good experience that showcased the skincare range in a relaxed, real-world setting - designed for connection, content, and credibility.

Revlon x True Love

The Revlon x True Love All a Woman Needs pop-up delivered an immersive beauty moment at one of the country’s most celebrated women’s events, inviting guests to find their perfect shade, enjoy curated photo moments, and engage through playful gamification - a confident celebration of colour and self-expression.

Informal and Formal Trade

Activations reach both informal and formal trade, connecting with consumers wherever they shop. Informal spaces like spaza shops, street vendors, and wholesalers use agile, high-energy executions for education and trial, while formal retail activations provide structured, consistent brand presence.
